What is SHL Labs?

SHL Labs is a technology company focused on building intelligent software that protects consumers and businesses. We develop AI-powered products that help people navigate digital life safely. Our flagship product is SafeWatch, a fraud detection app for everyone.

How does SafeWatch work?

SafeWatch uses advanced fraud detection techniques to analyze messages for fraud indicators, phishing attempts, and scam patterns. Simply paste a suspicious message into the app, and our AI engine will provide a risk assessment with detailed explanations of any red flags detected.

Is my data safe with SafeWatch?

Yes. Privacy is core to our design. Raw personal identifiers are never stored. Message content is processed securely and anonymized. We collect only the minimum data necessary for fraud detection. We do NOT train AI models on your data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

What platforms is SafeWatch available on?

SafeWatch is currently available on iOS through the App Store. Android support is coming soon.

How do I report a bug or issue?

Please email [email protected] with a description of the issue, including your device type and any relevant screenshots. We typically respond within 24-48 hours.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your device's app store. On iOS, go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions and select SafeWatch to manage or cancel. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Can I request a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple (for iOS) or Google (for Android) according to their respective refund policies. You can request a refund through your app store's purchase history or by contacting their support directly.
