3. User Eligibility

• No automated system can guarantee perfect detection or analysis
• False positives and false negatives may occur
• Our analysis is advisory only, not a definitive determination
• Users must exercise their own judgment when making decisions

IN NO EVENT SHALL SHL LABS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SHL Labs LLC and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

15. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved in the appropriate courts located within Massachusetts.
